Snoot Box is a dog supply company based on the Isle of Wight, specialising in natural dog treats.
Our subscriptions are very personalised – you let us know how much you would like to spend, how often you would like a box, and a bit about your dog, and we’ll do the rest! No two subscription boxes are alike, and we take pride in offering great value for your money vs RRP.
Absolutely, we offer many different personalisation option, including (but certainly not limited to) types of item you particularly don’t want (eg treats with fur), how tough your toys need to be, and if you would like multiples for if you have more than one dog.
No problem at all, there is a section in the subscription process that asks about allergies and we will ensure that any items containing these allergens are excluded from your deliveries.

Absolutely! Our brick and mortar store is based at Arreton Barns (PO30 3AA) and we are usually open every day except Thursday, between 11am and 3:30pm. During summer we are open every day of the week, roughly 10:30am-4pm, and in January we are only open on Saturdays between 12pm and 3pm. Dogs are very welcome, especially if they like cuddles and free samples!
Once your order is placed, we’ll carefully pack your Snoot Box and aim to dispatch it within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly during particularly busy periods, but we’ll always keep you updated. For more information see shipping information.
Yes! We specialise in natural dog treats and carefully select products that we would be happy to give to our own dogs. We focus on high-quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives wherever possible.
Snoot Box is suitable for dogs of all shapes and sizes. During the subscription process, we’ll ask about your dog’s breed, age, size and chewing habits so we can tailor each box to suit them perfectly.
Absolutely! Snoot Box makes a wonderful gift for dog lovers. Simply let us know the recipient’s details when ordering, and we’ll make sure their furry friend receives a personalised box packed with treats and goodies.
Every dog is different, and while we do our best to personalise each box, occasionally a pup may not take to a particular item. We’d love to hear your feedback so we can make future boxes an even better match for your dog’s preferences.
Many of our boxes include toys alongside treats, although the contents vary depending on your chosen budget, your dog’s needs and any preferences you’ve provided. We always aim to provide great value and plenty of tail-wagging excitement in every delivery.
