At Snoot Box, we’re committed to helping our stockists succeed. That’s why we offer our Wholesale Buy Back Promise, designed to reduce the risk of trying new products and stocking larger quantities.

If certain products haven’t sold, you can return eligible items to us and receive a refund, subject to the terms below.

To qualify for a refund:

• Products must be returned in a clean, unused and fully resellable condition.
• Treats must have a minimum of 2 months remaining before their Best Before End (BBE) date.
• An administration fee of £10 or 10% of the refund value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund.
• The retailer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of Snootbox receiving and inspecting the returned products.
